Renegotiating when necessary

Sometimes during escrow problems may arise that need renegotiating. It is common to renegotiate things during escrow in order to proceed smoothly. Don't see renegotiating as cause to cancel an escrow. Usually, before the end of most every escrow there will have to be some sort of renegotiating.
