cleverly dances around the Pacific Rim, with touches of Hawaii all around. Calamari Asia is tender
pieces of battered squid accompanied by a pair of interesting dipping sauces. The pork baby back ribs
are really a riff on kalbi, the marinated Korean-style short ribs that you'd expect to find in a more
